VUZPROMEXPO-2020
The UNICHIMTEK Group took part as a strategic partner of Lomonosov Moscow State University and presented developments of the Department of Chemical Technology and New Materials implemented by UNICHIMTEK at the stand of Moscow University.
Tensograph® sealing materials were presented as a result of joint activity of MSU and UNICHIMTEK within the project "Creation of high-temperature composite sealing materials". The plant for the production of Tensograph® sealing materials was opened about 2 months ago in Tula region.
No less attention was paid to the ITECMA composite materials for aerospace industry. For example, the presented system of polymer composite materials ITECMA for automatic layup is used at creation of the composite wing of the perspective Russian medium-range airplane MC-21. It should be noted that exactly this system of materials completely replaced the import analogues and won the nomination "Leader in composite import substitution" in the frames of the annual forum "Composites without borders".
The special attention of the exhibition visitors was attracted by the prototype of the rocket nozzle. This exhibit demonstrated the possibilities of application of the ITEСMA high-temperature phthalonitrile binder providing the composites operation with its application up to 450°С.
The application of ITEСMA composite materials in the spacecraft construction was demonstrated by a reduced model of the manufacturing process of the composite frontal heat shield, a piloted transport spacecraft of a new generation.
