Product portfolio of Tensograph® graphite foils is aimed to cover whole range of requirements starting from basic industrial needs and up to demanding nuclear or high-temperature applications.
Graphite foil Tensograph® is manufactured from natural graphite flakes by chemical and thermal treatment according to the patented technology of UNICHIMTEK, followed by rolling on automatic lines without use of any binder. In the process of production, continuous non-destructive control of density, thickness and homogeneity of the material along and across the rolling line is performed, which ensures highest quality of Tensograph® foil and subsequent products based on it.
Industrial grades offer highly reliable and feasible solution whereas high spec grades are suitable for оxidising, corrosive and high-temperature conditions as well as nuclear norms.
MAIN FEATURES AND PROPERTIES
Compliance to MESC 85/203 and EN 14772 §6.7 (Tensograph® C);
